Terms of Service

By creating an account or registering an organisation on GreenSpace, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy notice. If you're registering on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.

You agree to provide accurate, current information when you create an account or register an organisation, and to keep it up to date.

If you register an organisation (a real estate agency, auto dealership, hospitality property or commercial property business), you're responsible for the accuracy of everything submitted on its behalf, including any documents provided as part of our verification process. Misrepresenting your identity, your business or its compliance status is a breach of these terms and grounds for suspension.

You agree not to use GreenSpace to post false, misleading or fraudulent listings; to impersonate another person or business; to harass or deceive other users; or to attempt to bypass our verification, security or payment processes.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate this section without notice.

You retain ownership of the listings, photos and descriptions you post. By posting them, you grant GreenSpace a licence to display them on the platform and in related marketing. You're responsible for having the rights to anything you post.

GreenSpace is a marketplace that connects buyers, renters and guests with sellers, agents and property or vehicle owners. We don't own, inspect or guarantee the listings on our platform, and we're not a party to any transaction between users.

Verification of an organisation confirms that it submitted the requested documents; it isn't a guarantee of quality, legality or fitness for any particular purpose.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, provides false information or poses a risk to other users. You may close your account at any time; some information may be retained as described in our Privacy notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia. Any dispute arising from your use of GreenSpace will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zambia.
